Eat Your Words from Edible Alaska: #22 What’s new in 2022?
Hey there,

We aren’t exactly into numerology over here, but even so, it seems pretty cool that our first newsletter of 2022 is #22! Auspicious? We hope so. “Start as you mean to go on,” is one of our favorite nuggets of wisdom which we thought we learned from Mary Poppins, but the internet thinks it’s not a quote at all, just a saying. At any rate, we don’t usually go all in on crazes like trends and new beginnings for the new year and all that, but phew! (Oh, and trend-avoidance notwithstanding, the New York Times says kelp will be hot and Specialty Food Magazine puts its money on mushrooms. We’re here for you, 2022.) We’re ready for something new.
