What is P-EBT?
The Pandemic – Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT) Program is additional money for families to buy food due to COVID-19 related school closures in March, April, and May of 2020. This means up to $458 for each eligible child! You can start at this website to check eligibility https://anchorageiteam.lpages.co/p-ebt/

Who will get P-EBT?
The program is available to all Alaskan families with school-age children who received free and reduced-price school meals in Alaska, or attended a school where meals are free during March, April, and May of 2020.

How do I get P-EBT?
If you already receive SNAP (food stamps) benefits will be
automatically loaded onto your card. If you don’t receive SNAP but receive free or reduced-price school meals, a form to opt-in has been mailed to you. Forms must be mailed back and received by August 31st. The fastest way to see if you’re eligible and apply is to text PEBT to 907-891-8913.
