Locate: Joshua Kelly, missing 12-year-old (APD Case 19-30633)

Missing 12 year-old Joshua Kelly. Last seen in area of 6100-Block E 12th Ave at 0730 hours while going to school. About 5’4 140lbs, dark hair about shoulder length in a ponytail. Last seen wearing jeans and a black hoodie with the word “THRASHER” on it.
