DEC Contaminated Sites Checklist Updated Laboratory Data Review Checklist:

The Laboratory Data Review Checklist on the Contaminated Sites Guidance and Forms Page has been updated. The link to the superseded data review checklist will no longer work, so please either update your bookmarks to http://dec.alaska.gov/media/18841/laboratory-data-review-check-list-november-2019.docx or visit http://dec.alaska.gov/spar/csp/guidance-forms to find the new version of the checklist. The checklist has been updated in order to:

· Be more flexible and user friendly (radio buttons replaced with checkboxes)

· Clarify the site and laboratory identifiers at the beginning of the checklist

· Include discussion of Matrix Spikes and Matrix Spike Duplicates (MS/MSD)

· Include discussion of isotope dilution analysis

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
